Monval Capital is a real estate investment firm rooted in Pittsburgh's South Side, focused on the city and the Mon Valley. Kennedy

Kennedy is a builder and investor with a deep conviction that the right operator can change the trajectory of a neighborhood. As the founder and managing partner of Monval Capital, he brings a straightforward belief to every project: that thoughtful real estate—done with care for the place and the people in it—creates value that lasts.

With a background spanning tech, design, and construction, he takes a hands-on approach from acquisition through completion—walking properties, structuring deals, and thinking carefully about what each building becomes and who fills it. He's as comfortable on a job site as he is in a room with investors or city officials.

Based in Pittsburgh and working throughout the Mon Valley, Kennedy is focused on the kind of work that compounds quietly: resilient buildings, considered tenants, and neighborhoods that grow stronger over time.
